You may qualify for tuition free computer training if you are unemployed, you have received notice that you are about to be laid off, or, you are working but your family income is less than 40,000/yr.

How?

Michigan Technology Services participates in the No Worker Left Behind (NWLB) program.

Governor Granholm established the program so Michigan workers could obtain skill-sets needed in the emerging economy. Local Michigan Works! Agencies throughout southeast Michigan administer the program, and determine your eligibility.

Tuition assistance is capped at $5,000 per year for two years, for a total of $10,000 per person.

Contact Michigan Technology Services and we will provide you with more information about the classes that are eligible for this type of funding. 248-489-0408.
