VoIP Training with Michigan Technology Services
Michigan Technology Services offers instructor-led VoIP and Cisco VoIP training. The training can take place at our location in Farmington Hills, 20 miles outside of Detroit, onsite at your office anywhere throughout the United States, or if you prefer, instructor led live online.
Cisco has been a pioneer in developing VoIP technology and they have created several VoIP computer training courses, as well as related certifications. Michigan Technology Services has alliances with consultants well versed in these Voice over IP technologies.
There are numerous Cisco Unified Communications Training VoIP courses available:
- Cisco Voice Foundations for Cisco Collaboration designed for engineers or administrators who are: new to voice but experienced with data or; experienced in voice but new to Cisco Voice and; need a fundamental knowledge of Cisco Voice architecture solutions used in typical Voice Collaboration environments. VFCC is also an excellent pre-requisite to attending an advanced Contact Center Course (UCCXD, DUCCE, DBUCCE-CVP, AUCCE, and ACCE-CVP. etc.).
- Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP and QOS 8.0 Implementing Cisco Voice Communications and QoS (CVOICE) v8.0 teaches students about voice gateways, characteristics of VoIP call legs, dial plans and their implementation, basic implementation of IP phones in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express environment, and essential information about gatekeepers and Cisco Unified Border Element. This 5-day instructor led course provides the learners with voice-related quality of service (QoS) mechanisms that are required in Cisco Unified Communications networks.
